Instead of writing another depressing report about punctures and DNFs at Scotland, I will write about the last few days "off season". We went out to Helena's parents summer house, which is on a small island on the coast just above Stockholm. No bikes, computers, or anything like that. Just some old clothes, some magazines, and lots of time to relax and do nothing. It was perfect for 2 days off true recovery.
Now I'm back in Uppsala, and next weekend is a world cup, so its back on the bike again. Today i went training with Kim on some really fun MTB tracks. and the next few days I will go out for some long slow rides around the 'flat' roads.
