Hi everyone,
The sun is shinning here in Annecy, and the heat is giving me new life. I have been out on the bike doing a lot of hours these past few weeks. It's now time to get serious, with only 8 weeks remaining until the Olympics! As part of my preperation I've decided to ride the marathon world championships, which will be held next weekend in Austria. It will be 100km with 4 big passes, but not very technical unfortunetely. I feel very fit, so we'll see how it goes. My team mate Thomas Dietch is looking for the win, so hopefully I can help him out a bit.
I had my birthday the other day, and I went parapenting to celebrate... what a feeling! Flying gently around over the lake and mountains like a bird :)
