Italian National Series - Nalles
I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't be doing different races from my team mates! We just finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in what is a very top level international event. At least this week I wasn't last on my team, as I managed to beat Jacob home... I had really good sensations, but Roel and Fredrik were really too strong for me again.
This was my forth consecutive time I've come to this cute little village in Sud Tirol northernItaly. The race has remained the same, with a super steep climb full of tight switch backs. I was happy to be on the Taurine, which is a super climbing bike, especially up technical steep parts.
We now rest here until Friday and will do a nice long MTB ride tomorrow to explore the local trails... shame I didn't bring my prophet! Once again, all the folks at hotel Wilma are looking after us like family.. this is seriously one of the nicest places we stay all year.
