Many people have been asking about the pollution. I've found this awesome site:

Here we can see day by day the different pollution. Last year, when we had so many problems in the MTB test event (Sep 22), it says had a level of 99... Now, after all there efforts, the first few days of the games at levels of 95 & 94 !
It seems that the levels can change very rapidly and its more a matter of luck then anything else if we will be able to breath or not in our race!

Hey Kashi.
I can immagin that things are not as easy going as it should be before such a big race. I just saw your Cannondale Bike which you race at the Olympic games and I am sure this will give some extra motivation even if you not in best shape. Good luck and kick some ass at the Olympic track.

Hey Kashi - I bumped in to you (more like held you up) training on the Mont St Anne course. After watching you make it look easy I cleaned that section sweet as. Loved that course! Humidity is such a b*tch with asthma eh? Here's hoping you'll get a clear day in Beijing and can get out there and hammer it, enjoy, and feel good after it.
